Information for prospective presenters of CE workshops
About EBHA’s continuing education program
EBHA aims to offer at least 2 continuing education workshops each year. These are typically half-day to full-day workshops, although other durations and formats are possible. EBHA seeks to obtain approval of our workshops for CE credit by the Oregon Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers. EBHA offers remuneration to presenters of CE workshops.
CE workshop presenters should generally be licensed healthcare professionals or academics from relevant disciplines. The content of a CE workshop should be educational, and designed with the intention to meet the criteria of the Continuing Education Approval Program of the Oregon Chapter of the NASW (see more information below).
Any upcoming CE workshops are listed on our Events page. See a list of previous CE workshops.
Interested in presenting?
If you are interested in presenting a CE workshop, please contact our Board President at president@ebhaipa.org. You are encouraged to complete our CE Proposal Form, by using either our online form or by downloading and printing the paper form. Our Board will review your proposal in a timely manner. After Board approval, it is best to allow 3 months before the date of the event so we can apply for approval of CE credit and market the workshop.
