Education
About our education programs
EBHA offers three types of professional education workshops: Continuing Education (CE), Evergreen Meet & Learn Gatherings (EML), and the Clinician Support Series (CSS).
Continuing Education workshops
EBHA aims to offer at least 2 continuing education workshops each year. These are typically half-day to full-day workshops, although other durations and formats are possible. EBHA seeks to obtain approval of our workshops for CE credit by the Oregon Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers. EBHA offers remuneration to presenters of CE workshops. Any upcoming CE workshops are listed on our Events page. See a list of previous CE workshops.
Evergreen Meet & Learn Gatherings (EML)
These are social and educational events where a presenter speaks for an hour on a topic, which is preceded by a 30 minute social gathering. They are free for EBHA members and $10 for non-members. EBHA does not offer CE credit or presenter remuneration for EMLs. Any upcoming EML's are listed on our Events page. See a list of previous EML events.
Clinician Support Series (CSS)
These are in-person workshops that aim to support clinicians in improving personal and professional well-being. They may be offered as a one-time event or as a series of events over time. EBHA offers remuneration to presenters of CSS workshops.
